Seminars

David Hardesty is an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University's Graduate School of Taxation. David teaches two seminars:

  • Limited Liability Companies and S Corporations, a Choice of Entity. This course will be offered in the Summer 2006 and Fall 2006 semesters. This course is taught in Golden Gate University's Cybercampus, which means students take this course using the Internet. There are no live classes.
